All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time without notice. We make every effort to display product colors and textures accurately; however, variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and customization.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

4. Final Sale & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not permitted. Exchanges or store credit may be approved at our discretion in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom wigs, colored hair, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Clients are responsible for providing accurate head measurements and order details prior to purchase.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Once an order is shipped, LAURIIHAIR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Returns & Return Shipping

If an exchange is approved, clients are responsible for all return shipping costs, handling fees, and any associated charges. Returned items must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, text, logos, and branding—is the property of LAURIIHAIR and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
