At LAURIIHAIR, we take great care in preparing and shipping every order. Please review the shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Processing times may be longer for tape-in extensions, custom units, coloured hair, and custom items.
  • Custom and specialty orders require additional preparation time and cannot be rushed.
  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped via a tracked courier service.
  • A signature is required upon delivery for all orders.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • LAURIIHAIR is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • LAURIIHAIR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Any delivery issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery delays caused by customs are outside of our control.

Returns & Shipping

  • If an exchange is approved, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns must be sent with tracking and delivery confirmation.
  • LAURIIHAIR is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
