Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not accepted however, exchanges or store credit may be accepted subject to the terms below.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we may approve an exchange for an item of equal value or store credit if:
- The request is made within 72 hours of recorded delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, uninstalled, and returned in original condition
- The product is returned within 14 days of delivery
- The original seal remains intact and uncut
- The hair remains undisturbed and fit for resale
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if these conditions are not met.
Custom Units & Coloured Products
Custom wigs, custom units, colored or highlighted hair, and made-to-order items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
All custom units are made to your specific head measurements and desired look. Please ensure measurements are taken accurately before purchasing.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been:
- Worn or installed
- Cut (hair or lace)
- Styled or altered
- Had glue, hair products, coloring, bleaching of knots, or hairline customization applied
This applies to wigs, closures, and frontals.
Defective Items
If an item is confirmed to be defective upon assessment, we may offer a refund or exchange at our discretion.
Shipping & Handling
- All orders require a signature upon delivery
- Clients are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, handling fees, and any payment processing fees
- LAURIIHAIR is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages
- Items must be received by us before any exchange or refund is processed
Processing Times
- Returns are processed within 7–10 business days after receipt
- Exchange processing time depends on inventory availability and whether the item is standard or pre-order
